You Can Find Me on Grouvee

Grouvee is a place for you to keep track of your video game collection. Once you sign up for an account, you can start adding games from our database to your virtual shelves. Every user starts off with four shelves: Playing, Backlog, Wish List, and Played. You can create as many shelves as you want by going to your My Games page, and clicking the Add Shelf button. We import our data daily from Giantbomb, so we should always have very up to date information on just about every game out there.

In addition to being able to track your game collection and backlog, Grouvee lets users rate and review their favorite (or not so favorite) games. Get your friends signed up for Grouvee and add them to your friends list to see their reviews and game shelves to make Grouvee even more useful!

From Grouvee

Heya there everyone, if you know anything about me it might be that I love tracking websites and I try almost everyone I discover. There’s just something that compels me to see my shelves growing, be it in GoodReads, MyAnimeList, or anywhere else.

For games I’ve done stints with Backloggery, with Gamefaqs, with HowLongToBeat, but I’ve decided that I’m going to stick by Grouvee because they allow me to change username. Also their slogan of “It’s like GoodReads but for games” is up my alley since I love GR! 😀

I’m really unsatisfied and get bored easily, so I tend to change usernames after a few years, and now I’m bored of using “hijackedcat” so I’m changing it and none of the other ones allowed me to change them. On here I’ll keep my Cat Nessa nick, but everywhere else I’m adopting more my current online name which is based on my real name.

Either way, this is just to say that if you use Grouvee, or have interest in a tracking website for games, then this one is a good one. They’re constantly adding games to their database when people ask them, which is real neat!

Feel free to add me as a friend on GRouvee just click this link.

Do you use a tracking website for games or for other things? If yes, which one? I’m curious, so tell me all!

*:・゚✧Anime Spotlight: Time of Eve is Feels Packed in 6 Episodes

eve.jpg

In Eve no Jikan, The Three Laws of Robotics are held above all else in a world where android housekeepers have become commonplace. Although they look human, they are treated the same as lesser technology such as toasters and alarm clocks. Not everyone feels this way, however. Android sympathizers, known as “android-holics,” have been labelled as heretics and problematic members of society.

Rikuo Sakisaka was raised to believe and uphold society’s tenets about androids, and is perfectly aware they are not human. Then one day, he finds abnormal data in his family android’s activity logs. This leads him to a café that has only one rule that its clientele must follow: there must be no discrimination between humans and androids inside. Curiosity drives Rikuo to discover more about this strange place and its regulars, even though he has no desire to befriend machines.

Runtime 15–27 minutes
Episodes 6

This is definitely a show that will grip from the very beginning, and will make you have feelings from the start to the ending. I teared up, cried, or got choked up in multiple episodes. The only thing I was sad about was that 6 episodes were not enough, and the show doesn’t have an end-end, but an open-ended one. Regardless, the feels are real, too real for me to not speak good about it.

50,000 Words Milestone Achieved on the Blog in 2016!!

newspaper-418919_640

I spent the whole year without keeping track of my writing, 90% because I had no laptop until a few months ago. I’ve never tracked my writing until around 3 years ago when I started investing more time writing fiction, because I wanted to an author/writer, and started reading stuff online. One of the things was to keep to track of your daily word count, but then my writing fiction thing got sidestepped for my other goals.

So just recently I remembered I did have a file with all my stories documentation, dates of when I started and finished them & also their total word count, and thought it’d be cool to keep track of my blog too. Mostly because this is where I’ve been writing the most.

Summer 2017 Plans

Summer on a beach

I’ve finally come full circle, never through I’d go through and complete a full circuit of one of my segments, truthfully speaking 🎉🎉🎊🎊

The most mind blowing thing is the difference from the first one to the later ones. I ended not making it just about games, progress and what I’m playing, but also other facets of my life and wishes. Which I do think further enriched this segment than if I’d just kept it about gaming.

I dare say I’ll still continue with it, even though I have a tendency to forget/publish them days later hah.

So without further ado, here goes!
